Peruvian coasts produce an excellent quality of paprika crops, mostly in Arequipa (southern region of Peru). Due to an exceptional sunshine, our paprika contains a high ASTA value, and its growth capacity is one of the greatest of the world. As a result, Peru is the second world producer of Paprika.
